Mars ARES - Aerial Regional-scale Environmental Survey of Mars

      ARES, a proposed Mars scout mission, could extend and compliment NASA's Mars Exploration Program by returning unique measurements for three critical scientific goals: crustal magnetism; atmospheric boundary layer composition, chemistry and dynamics; and near surface water detection.
