About:
Kristen Duprey joined the Science Directorate Education and Public Outreach Team in 2024 supporting two NASA Science Activation projects, GLOBE Mission Earth (GME) and NASA Earth Science Education Collaborative (NESEC). She brings over a decade of experience in formal and informal STEM education. Before joining NASA, Kristen worked with the Virginia Space Grant Consortium, where she coordinated educational programs, and at the Virginia Air and Space Science Center, where she developed STEM curricula and led community outreach initiatives. Earlier in her career, she taught high school science and math in Virginia and Rhode Island.

Kristen enjoys playing tennis, having played for George Mason University. She also enjoys spending time with family playing pickleball, ping pong, badminton, as well as working on puzzles.
